The current space icon theme is not taken into account in Applications panel

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Access any Page other than the home page
      3. Click on More Actions > Administer Page > Look & Feel > Themes
      4. Change Icon Theme from Font Awesome to Silk
      5. Observe the icons in the wiki

      Expected results: All the icons are changed as expected.

      Actual results: The icons under Applications remain the same.
