Hide the "Update Links" rename option for simple users

There are multiple reasons to do this:

• it simplifies the rename dialog
• renaming without updating the links leads to broken links and can put the wiki in a bad state (e.g. xobjects with a renamed xclass) so simple users shouldn't do this
• a page can be used in multiple ways (linked from wiki syntax, used in a macro calls, used as class definition, its attachments can be linked or its images can be shown somewhere else) and explaining to a simple user that all these references have to be updated is not easy (without using technical language).
