Exclude top level application pages from the Navigation Panel

    Description

      The Navigation Panel shouldn't list top level pages that belong to applications created with App Within Minutes, because these applications are already listed in the Applications Panel. Of course, administrators should be able to overwrite this from the Navigation Panel configuration.
