Use .xform style standard for the edit panels

    Description

      'Page Information' and the other edit panel's labels are not using the uppercase style.

      Make sure the edit mode is using the .xform standard, see http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/DevGuide/VerticalForms, in order for the inputs labels consistent with the other forms throughout XWiki.
