Subwikis cannot be properly created on MySQL 8 using version 8 connector

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Configure XWiki 11.3 with MySQL Community Server 8.0.16 DB using JDBC connector 'mysql-connector-java-8.0.16.jar' from https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/Connector-J/mysql-connector-java-8.0.16.zip
2. Start the instance, complete the Distribution Wizard
3. Go to Wiki Index and create a subwiki

EXPECTED RESULTS

The subwiki is created successfully without any errors.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The subwiki is not properly created, some errors are encountered. I've tested with both 'utf8' and 'utf8mb4' collations.
