Wiki Macro execution incorrectly removes all MacroMarkerBlock blocks

    Description

      Regression introduced in XWIKI-16389 and which changed the XDOM by removing all MacroMarkerBlocks (MMB) for macros located inside a wiki macro.

      According to tmortagne, only the MMB for macros used in the definition of the wiki macro should be removed and not the MMB from the content of the macro when using it.
