Refactor the way the Live Tables are initialized

    Description

      ATM the live table Velocity macro generates an in-line script tag that loads the live table. This in-line script tag is very badly written and mixes a lot of JavaScript and Velocity code. The live table macro should only generate the basic HTML structure and pass some data as HTML attributes. The rest should be done from a JavaScript file loaded separately.
