Tomcat Cache Warnings are Back

    Description

      I'm using Xwiki's official LTS Debian packages with Tomcat 9 under Debian 10.3 "Buster".

      During startup, Xwiki / Tomcat logs lots of warnings to the catalina log due to insufficient cache size.

      Increasing cacheMaxSize from 12800 to 16384 in /etc/tomcat9/Catalina/localhost/xwiki.xml seems to resolve the issue.
