Livedata Add entry from layout

Add the ability to create new entries directly from the livedata.

Parts of this feature have already been merged. Here are some improvements before this issue can be closed:

• possibility to open all the fields of a row in edition while edit mode is active
• make sure that we always have consistent displayers before edition, after edition, and after save (should no longer be a problem if all fields are open in edition before save)
• fix process consistency between existing row edition and new row creation (the first one is not transactional atm)
• avoid random refreshes causing rows to move around during edition
• support other naming strategies (e.g., "title" using user input data for the title field)
• support templates for pre-inputting default values
• offer an optional "maximized" view of the livedata while in edit mode
• review UX (edit mode toggle could be more easily accessible)
