Reset password page layout should be updated after latest changes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create an user with a valid email address on its profile
2. Login as the user
3. Click 'Log-in' > 'Forgot your password?'
4. Fill the username and click 'Reset password'
5. On email received by the user, click on the reset password link

EXPECTED RESULTS

The "Password" and "Confirm password" fields are smaller and aligned (including titles).

ACTUAL RESULTS

The 2 fields are large and their titles are aligned to middle.

Before 13.1RC1 the fields were still aligned to left, but maybe because of the page title 'Reset your password' was not that noticeable.

However, in actual updated context, they might be better aligned to the middle of the page.
