Subwikis cannot be filtered by Owner in WikiManager Live Data table

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login as Admin
2. Create some subwikis
3. (Optional) Grant Wiki Creation right to an user and create also one or more subwikis with the user
4. Go to Drawer > Wiki Index
5. In Owner column, filter by an username (Admin or user that created the subwikis)

EXPECTED RESULTS

The entries are filtered properly. If Admin is selected from drop-down list, then all subwikis created by him are displayed and the same for the user.

ACTUAL RESULTS

No entries are displayed.

Since there is no "All" option in the Owner filter drop-down, in order to display again all entries in the Live Data table it's needed to navigate again to WikiManager page (a simple page refresh it's not enough).
