      Panel Navigation creates duplicated IDs for the current loaded page.

      Try yourself, goto https://playground.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Blog. There are 2 duplicated IDs:

      • #document:playground:Blog.WebHome
      • #document:playground:Blog.WebHome_anchor
        That is an a11y issue.
