Environment:
Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, Chrome 97, using a local instance of XWiki 14.0 on Oracle 19c, Tomcat 9.0.58

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create a page (e.g. Pag1)
On that page, add a tag from the bottom of the page by clicking "[+]" (e.g. tag1)

Click on the added tag, or go to

<server>xwiki/bin/view/Main/Tags?do=viewTag&tag=tag1

EXPECTED RESULTS

On the Tags page, in the right side under Activity Stream, a notification is displayed corresponding to page (Pag1) creation event.

ACTUAL RESULTS

No notification is displayed.

However, the page creation notification event is displayed in Dashboard's Activity Stream.

The issue couldn't be reproduced on XWiki 13.10.2.
