Macro categories are not displayed back in suggestion list after removing them from selection unless the Select Macro modal is re-opened

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Edit a page with CKEditor
2. Click Insert > Other Macros
3. Click inside "Select a category..." drop-down field
4. Click on a category (e.g. Content)
5. Press Backspace key to remove it from selection
6. Observe the suggestions list

EXPECTED RESULTS

The previously selected and removed category is displayed in the suggestions list.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The respective category is not displayed back in suggestions list unless the Select Macro modal is canceled and re-opened, or the user types explicitly the name of the category.
