Tables are not printed as in view mode when they have columns with absolute width

Import the attached XAR and export to PDF:

• PDFExportContent/ResizedTable -> has columns with absolute width -> the table layout in the generated PDF doesn't resemble the layout from view mode
• PDFExportContent/ResizedTableRelative -> has columns with relative width -> the table layout from the PDF export is similar to the one from view mode

It seems we need to convert the absolute column widths to relative widths before paged.js is generating the print pages.
