Add support for the anchor in EntityResourceReference and EntityResourceReference resolvers

Right now, the ResourceReferenceResolver completely lose any information about an anchor targeted by a URL.

While this is generally not a problem when parsing the URL sent as part of an HTTP request (since that information is generally kept on client side) it's a problem when parsing a URL for other needs (for example to convert it to a different representation).
