Show distinction between the title and the content of the box based macros (code, info, warning, etc.)

    Description

      Currently, we don't show any distinction between the title and the content when using the box macro (or the code macro which inherits from it), apart from the fact that the block contents are displayed in a fixed-width font.

      We could add a bit of spacing between the title and the content, just to make sure the user sees the difference.
