    Description

      After a brainstorming with XWiki contributors and various decisions, we agreed that it would be an improvement for XWiki to move away form LESS, the CSS preprocessor used in bootstrap 3.

      I proposed a plan to handle this move without a hitch in usability. I created issues for each and every step. This issue can be closed when we finished our process to move (all the steps are closed for one reason or another).
