Saving a document configuration source modifies the cached document

I don't have real reproduction steps, but after XWIKI-22892, the document configuration sources don't save changes anymore as they relied on modifying the cached document instance. This can be seen by the failing org.xwiki.configuration.internal.WikiPreferencesConfigurationSourceTest#setProperty test.
