Avatar edition modal close button lacks contrast

The button with a cross icon in the top-right corner of the modal lacks contrast.

Note that the contrast of other xwiki modals should also be improved. Those over `.close` buttons have an opacity of .3, which ends up having their contrast too low (at least with the Iceberg color theme...).
