Propose improvements to the color theme config UI

One of the item from the global 2025 roadmap is to provide improvements to the color theme config (line 56).

Items to consider:

• Hints to explain some configurations
• Better spacing between fields
• Improvements to the labels as they are based on LESS variables
  • We could still show the variable names somewhere. like below the field for ex.
