Can't import files with emoji with Office importer

Steps to reproduce:

• Start XWiki 16.10.11
• Go administration and click connect to Office server
• Import a 3.7 MB .docx file (52 pages) containing emoji (file is confidential, if needed please contact me)

Environement

• Libre Office 7.6 (standard configuration)
• XWiki 16.10.11 (XWiki Cloud)
• Mozilla Firefox 143.0.4 (64-bit)
• Database: MariaDB
• Servlet: tomcat9

Results:

• UI Displays the error "Office import failed: ErrorError saving document [DOCUMENT]"
• In the browser's console there's: "Failed to open the tree to node document:xwiki:XWiki.OfficeImporter"

In the logs I found the following error:

Observations:
I have not reproduced the issue with a 16.10.9 XWiki Cloud instance
