Provide a way to configure Restlet logging verbosity

    Description

      Restlet is using the Java logging framework for logging.
      Normally, the verbosity level is set to INFO by default in JRE/lib/logging.properties.

      A way should be provided in order to override these settings and making Restlet more quiet with respect to information logging
