Deleted attachments not accessible via document history

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a new wiki page
      2. Attach a file
      3. Delete the attachment
      4. Use the History feature to view the previous version of the wiki page. The attachment shows up at the bottom.
      5. Click on the attachment
      6. A stack trace appears (see attachment)
