Missing translation keys for application configuration.

To see this, disable javascript and go to /bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences?editor=globaladmin&section=Registration
you will see what should be a warning that the page could not be locked.
You will also see incorrect error messages if:
Registration is saved by a user who has no edit access on XWikiPreferences
XWikiPreferences is administrated by a user who cannot edit Registration
There are a few others which will only display if something is wrong with the code in XWiki.Registration
