New version is added to all attachments when rolling back to previous page version

Steps to reproduce the problem :

• Login to any user.
• Choose an existing Page, or create a new one.
• Attach some files.
• Logout.
• Login under another user.
• Go to the same page as above, and attach some of the files above again.
• Logout.
• Login as ANY user.
• After logging in with the user, rollback the page to an earlier version.

What will you see :

• You will see that after rolling back the page, the system has created a new version of the attachments. These attachments appear to have been uploaded again by the last user who uploaded them.
  In our case, in the printscreen, Admin, sorin sorin and test test users.
