Attachment version is incremented when a document is rolled back even if the attachment did not change

    Description

      Follow this steps to reproduce:

      • create a new page (v1.1)
      • attach a file (v2.1)
      • edit the page (v3.1)
      • edit again the page (v4.1)
      • revert to v3.1

      As a result the attachment version becomes 1.2 even though the attachment did not change between v3.1 and v4.1 of the document.
