      More AJAX, better layout:

      • add object via AJAX
      • add class property via AJAX
      • remove class property (XWIKI-99)
      • enable/disable class property
      • better positioning of the add object/add property forms
      • better positioning of the class switcher control
      • offer to save a class when switching classes
