Put back the missing RSS feed links on the Activity Stream + Blog

    Description

      Since we have introduced the "Applications" panel, we have removed the small RSS icons which were present in the "Quick Links" panel (near the Blog link) and Dashboard.

      The location still exists, but it is inaccessible from the UI. "Blog/GlobalBlogRss?xpage=plain"
