Tag RSS feature is missing

I am unable to generate a RSS feed with pages containing a tag.

Steps to reproduce:

1) go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/RssFeeds
2) you will see there: "Tags RSS feeds: RSS feed on documents tagged with a specific term or all documents with a tag. To generate such a feed, go to the Tags page and click on the RSS feed icon you wish to use."
3) Clicking on the link and going to a tag page, I have no button to generate a RSS feed from it.

This seems to be an old one. Tested on 2.7.2., 3.5.1, 4.5.4 and 5.3M2
