Add automatically a new line for adding a new library configuration in version sheet

This is how the version sheet looks currently:

Editing in place the Library Reference and Library Version Reference allows to add a new object.

Once one of those values has been added, a new line to add a new library configuration should be added automatically (currently it requires the refresh of the page).

Once done, the "New configuration" title can probably be removed.
