Using 'Inside a Right Panel' or ' Inside a Left Panel' locations is not working as is

    Description

      Right now if you want those menus to be displayed in the Panels areas, you need to go in 'Administration - Page Elements - Panels' section and declare them manually.

      Having them as Panels means they could be integrated by using the 'Panel Wizard'.
