Remove Edit button in edit and preview mode for 'Simple' users

    Description

      Hello,

      IMO, we should remove the "edit" (and even "Create" & "More Actions") button to avoid that users lose document modification by mystake.

      By exemple in /skins/flamingo/menus/content.vm add:
      #if($hasEdit && !$isReadOnly && $context.action == 'view')
      on line 8
