Cannot access the 'Add' menu from certain pages/actions

This happens because Colibri and Flamingo have different menus structures.

For example, the 'Add' menu is not available when:

• Add - Wiki
• Add - Space
• Add - Page
• Page - Copy
• Page - Delete
• Page - Rename
• More actions - View Source
• More actions - Comments
• More actions - Attachments
• More actions - History
• More actions - Informations
• Administration
• maybe other parts...

In the above list I only mention 'Add' menu entry, but another question would be how confusing would be to also display the 'Edit' and 'More actions' entries.
