"Panel Title" field is not aligned with "Create" button

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click on "Panels" from "Applications Index" found in the Drawer
      2. See "Create a new panel"

      Objective

      Make sure the text and button input elements are aligned. Test your changes on multiple browsers. Carefull with your fix to not affect other applications, like Scheduler, Blog
