Remove the 'default' marker from our ColorThemes

    Description

      We have:

      • ColorThemes.DefaultColorTheme = Default color theme
      • FlamingoThemes.FlamingoDefaultTheme = Flamingo Theme: Flamingo Default Theme

      It's confusing for the users the 'default' term since we now have multiple defaults.
      We should rename:

      • Default color theme -> Azure
      • Flamingo Theme: Flamingo Default Theme -> Charcoal
