You are not able to upload a file larger than 20 mb

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Attach a file larger than 20 mb (you can find the file I used here: https://archive.org/details/Windows7WildlifeSampleVideo, was a .wmv file, 25 mb)
      2. You see an error in your wiki
      3. Even the default limit it is set at about 32 mb, you are not able to add a file larger than 20 mb

      XWIKI-9084 is about to have a higher default limit, here, the file is not larger than 32 mb.
