Velocity error displayed for XWikiGuest user when accepting invitation

Velocity error occurs when XWikiGuest tries to accept/decline invitation or report abuse pages (Needs view rights to see the ratings)

To reproduce:

• Install the Ratings application + remove view for guest user
• Go to the Invitation application on a workspace (make sure email is configured on the subwiki).
• Send an invitation to an email address using the invitation app
• Check the email you get on that address and click on “Accept the invitation and join”.

You’ll get to an “Accept invitation” page on the subwiki (it's important that you're logged out of the wiki).
