Use the page title as blog post title when creating the blog post using the Create Page wizard with the blog post template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Blog/
2. Click on the + button to add a new page
3. Type a title for the page
4. Pick "Blog Post" as the Template
5. Click Create - notice how the title is already filled in as "Enter your title here"
6. Save & View

The title is saved as "Enter your title here". We should use the title specified in step 3.
