Replace the untranslated "info" example box on the Scheduler job sheet

Prerequisites: show hidden pages.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Scheduler/WebHome
2. Create a new job
3. In edit mode you can see a blue box which contains information about the cron expression

Remove the untranslated info box which contains information and examples for the cron expression and replace it with a link to the documentation of the Scheduler Application on e.x.o as xhint for the cron property.
