Display information to user when a job is waiting another to finish/timeout

    Description

      Currently if a job is waiting for another job timeout, it will appear as frozen for the user.

      Reproduction steps:

        - Go in Menu/MenuMacro

        - Go to delete page and confirms it

        - When asking about extension protection, leave the page

        - Go back in Menu/MenuMacro and try to perform a rename

        - The job will be displayed as in the screenshot

       

      The user should then be informed if there's already a job executing or waiting for this page, instead of displaying nothing.
