A user who has the account disabled can see an endless wheel in Notifications and when a word is searched

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. As Admin disabled a user account from his Profile page
      2. Log in as the user
      3. Observe the Notifications panel
      4. Search for a word/page

      Expected results: The user is restricted.

      Actual results: The user can see an endless wheel / loading in Navigation and when searching for a page/word.
