Description
Steps to reproduce
- Go to a page with text content (e.g. Sandbox)
- Select a word
- Press CTRL+M, add some annotation text
- Click 'Add annotation'
- Click 'Edit' button to edit the page in-place
- Edit/add some more letters inside the previously annotated word
- Click 'Done'
- Click 'More Actions' > 'Annotate'
- Observe the state of 'Show annotations' checkbox from the top of the page
- Click on the checkbox to turn annotations on/off
Expected results
The 'Show annotations' checkbox from the top of the page is not checked.
When clicking to tick it, the annotations are displayed on the page (annotated words are highlighted).
Actual results
The 'Show annotations' checkbox from the top of the page is checked. Clicking on it to tick/ un-tick it does nothing.
The same happens if, at this point, the annotated word from the Comments tab is clicked (the anchor does not work), until the page is refreshed.
The issue does not reproduce if the page is edited in WYSIWYG or Wiki mode.
