Preserve the AppBar also in edit mode

    Description

      In Flamingo, the AppBar was designed as a navigational component that needs to be present in all the stages on the skin (edit included), see http://design.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Improvements/CollaborativeEditing

      When the active application will be displayed ( XWIKI-10704 ) the need to see the AppBar will increase.
