Ratings app is unusable showing unrendered velocity macro call

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Add Extensions and install Ratings Application v7.4.5
2. Go to XWiki.RatingsConfig
3. Edit it in Object Mode
4. Inside the XWiki.RatingsConfigClass choose Display ratings: Yes
5. Save the page
6. Go to any page and check the top part of it, where the rating stars should be displayed.

Instead of the stars there's a text displayed: #displayFullRating($doc.getDocumentReference() "")

The bug doesn't reproduce on XWiki 8.3M2 (with Ratings app v8.2.1 installed).
