Change the Menu Display Location "Inside a Right/Left panel"

As currently to display a Menu in the left/right panel in a wiki or subwiki you have to add the name of the page in Administration > Panels, the selections "Inside a Right Panel" and "Inside a Left Panel" when creating a menu becomes useless, as no matter the selection the menu will appear in the panel where the name of the page was added from Administration.

I would suggest to change the selection to just "Inside a Panel" or to somehow simplify this process in a one step action, without going to Administration.

"Currently, in order to have the menu displayed inside a right/left panel you need to make one more step: add the menu page you created (e.g. Menu.MyMenu) to the list of right/left panels in the administration, e.g. Panels.Applications,Panels.Navigation,Menu.MyMenu."
