The 'Click and drag to resize' button is displayed in the far right of the editing area on Center alignment

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit a page with CKEditor
2. Click on 'Image' from toolbar
3. Insert an image by setting Center alignment from 'Advanced' tab of the Image Dialog
4. Mouse hover over the image
5. Observe the placement of the 'Click and drag to resize' button

Expected results

The 'Click and drag to resize' button is placed on the bottom right corner of the image.

Actual results

The button is placed on the far right of the editing area (which also makes the resize harder if clicked).
