Don't use js modal when "Make version summary mandatory" enabled

    Description

      I'd like to propose to remove the js modal which "forces" user to enter some summary of a version when he/she tries to save the document.

      In order to be consistent, I'd propose we "validate" the input field like we do in the Title Field or other forms. (without js modals)
