The Annotations icon is not listed on More actions if you choose to display it from Page Elements

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to "Administration" - "Page elements" - "Document metadata visibility" - "Show document annotations"
      2. Go to Main.WebHome
      3. Click on "More actions"
      4. The "Annotations" entry is there, but it has no icon
