    Description

      The CRS spec, including functional requirements and treatments, is available in GoogleDocs.

      If you have questions/issues or need any clarification, please insert items into the spec where relevant using "Insert>Comment" and then add a Comment to the Jira task alerting me to changes in the spec so we can be sure to address your items promptly.
